Education
Joy Clark Davis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1992 from Ohio University. She was a Four-Year Scholarship Swimmer, winning countless events, including all 7 events entered at the Mid-American Conference Championships her freshman year – a first-time feat for any swimmer in the MAC Conference. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 1995.
